Four steps, once.
The part that depends on Meta has its times: business verification and template approval are reviewed by Meta, not us.
- 01You connect your number
The same one you already use or a new one. Register in the official WhatsApp Business API in the name of your company, not someone's cell phone.
- 02Meta verifies the business
Visible name, category and company information. When finished, your profile appears verified in the conversation.
- 03Templates are approved
Messages sent outside of the 24-hour window require a Meta-approved template. Grupal assembles them and sends them for inspection.
- 04Agents go live
First in Sandbox, with your catalog and your real calendars but without spending messages. When it looks the way you want, it is published on the channel.
