Product Studios

Setting up Grupal is telling them how your business works.

No sixty-field forms or three-week onboarding. Talk to the Configuration Agent: it proposes changes, keeps them visible and saves nothing until you approve.

I read your site. I detected 2 branches and 14 services. Are the seats scheduled separately?
Yes, there are 5 chairs and each one is scheduled separately.
Ready. I created 5 resources with the branch hours. Three services were left without duration: deep cleaning, resin and whitening.

The seven studios

Seven conversations, and your operation is described.

Each studio covers one part. Go through them in order or return when something changes—the agent picks up where it left off.

  • 01Business

What do you sell, what is the name of each thing and what tone do you speak with. This is where the vocabulary that all agents use comes from.

  • 02Services

Catalog with price and actual duration. Without duration, reliable scheduling is impossible.

  • 03Calendar

People, branches and resources, each with its weekly schedule and exceptions.

  • 04Forms

The templates that the agent can open in a conversation, with their steps and signature.

  • 05Boards

Your sales or support stages, and what the agent can do on each board.

  • 06Messaging

Number, templates approved by Meta and what is sent outside the 24-hour window.

  • 07Team

Who is on the team, what each role can do and which approvals go through each person.

Explain your business once, in a conversation.

Without an implementation project or consultants: one conversation and you're done.
